UNIS
Internship Program
|
| |
Description
|
| |
| The most
rewarding program the Ukrainian National
Information Service (UNIS) offers is its
internship program. This successful program is
coordinated with a host of prominent universities
in Washington, D.C. UNIS’ internship allows
students to learn about current issues and
developments in Ukraine, while at the same time
experience the functioning of both the government
and private sector. |
| |
| The
internship offers students the opportunity to
observe the daily deliberations of Congress on
issues concerning foreign policy decisions of the
United States government, in respect to Ukraine
and the region of the former Soviet Union. UNIS’
active involvement with Members of Congress, the
Administration, and officials at the State
Department provides students with the necessary
experience in analyzing international politics. |
